This program will be for children 0-18 months and their caregivers, and will include stories, songs, rhymes, and finger plays. It has been proven that reading every day to a child from the day they are born will better prepare them for school and will help to develop a love of reading. My goal is to provide a positive activity for parents and children to do together, as well as to expose children to language, books, and playful activities at the library.
