It's a theme in countless Hollywood films and it usually gets a laugh, mistaken identity, but for one Odessa family it's a reality they've faced over and over and they say the laughs are getting old. 58-year-old Antonio Galvan was just trying to report a stolen vehicle Wednesday morning when he ended up in the back of a police car. "They asked me for my ID and the officers ran my license through the computer and they cuffed me right away," said Galvan. Turns out this was not his first time behind bars, "I know most of the jails." Galvan says he's been arrested almost 15 times throughout Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and now Odessa, TX. "They are looking for me in Waco, San Antonio, Houston, TX," he said, and when we asked Galvan if he had ever been to Waco he said, "Never." Turns out he has the same birth date and almost the same exact name as a man wanted in Waco for murder. 58-year-old Antonio Ramirez Galvan is the man mistakenly arrested on Wednesday, the man wanted by the FBI is 58-year-old Antonio Perez Galban. "When I travel I have to keep all these letters and paperwork," Galvan said. It's all paperwork he's collected over the years his first arrest was in 1993.
