Austin Children’s Museum, with support from IBM; students from The University of Texas’s Cockrell School of Engineering; children and adults.

Join students from UT’s Cockrell School of Engineering for some fun, hands-on, math activities based on the Museum’s feature exhibit, Cyberchase – The Chase Is On! Children and adults can work together to construct a paper bridge and test its strength above the raging river or create cool, curved designs using only straight lines. Children can also use time estimation skills to win in a race against the stopwatch. Activities are appropriate for elementary and pre-school children, who can continue math fun in the Cyberchase exhibit.

Cost: Included with Museum admission
