The Recovery Method is a system of cognitive/behavioral techniques to help manage, control, and cope with nervous symptoms and fears.

If you’re struggling with: stress and tension--depression or fatigue--anger or fears--anxiety or panic--feeling helpless or hopeless--sleep problems or worry--relationship problems--or other emotional problems--Recovery International can help!

Weekly meetings are held:
