January Membership Luncheon

Luncheon Speaker: Phil Solomon, City of St. George Energy Services Director
SunSmart a solar  photovoltaic (PV) generation farm is a joint project between City of St. George Energy Services Department (SGESD) and Dixie Escalante Electric (DEE).  This project takes advantage of the best locally available renewable energy resource, the sun!  It is a community solar, funded by those living in St. George who wish to subscribe to the project.  The first phase (100 kW) has been completed with 19 more phases to construct.  Mr. Solomon will give an overview of the project with information for those interested in participating.

Dixie State College Parking Instructions: Please park only in the parking lot located on the corner of 700 East 300 South next to the gymnasium. Vehicles parked in any other location may receive a parking ticket.
