The Springdale Board Of Adjustment will hold a meeting at Springdale Town Hall, 118 Lion Blvd., Springdale, Utah.

Approval of Agenda

New Business:

The Mesa, a Utah non-profit, represented by Mark Schraut, requests variances from the following code sections:

10-15B-7(A) – to allow a cut slope in excess of 10 feet in height.

10-15B-9(A) – to allow disturbance on natural slopes in excess of 30% grade.

10-25-16 – to allow a roadway intersection with less than 120’ offset in street alignment.

Adjourn

The Town of Springdale, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance.
