If you have had a hysterectomy in the past six months, recommendations are provided to help you regain your energy and abdominal strength. Learn Kegel exercises, techniques to aid in scar healing and how to avoid strain on pelvic floor muscles from a specially-trained Martha Jefferson Physical Therapist. Registration is required and there is a small fee for this class.
