The JABA Board is responsible for developing a comprehensive and coordinated
system for services for all persons 60 and over. JABA acts as an advocate for
seniors' interests and as a resource for agencies, organizations and
individuals. JABA provides information referral/tracking service and
transportation to improve links between older persons and existing services
