We were together for 5 years. I made the mistake of trusting and believing her. Yes I still love her, yes I miss her. NO, I don't want her back. I've pretty much moved on with my life already (or so I tell myself). My Birthday was on Sept. 7th., I expected, or I should say, I was hoping that I would hear from her. Of course I didn't. I was looking at photos of her when I got the idea to make this film (I call it a film because I like to think of it as art, instead of a boo-hoo video). I had read the poem and thought it conveyed how I felt at the time of our breakup perfectly. I chose the photo of her in the cemetery because, well, she made me feel dead inside. So, with the perfect photo and the perfect poem in hand, I thought I would share how I felt about the situation. My intent wasn't to make those who view this feel sorry for me, but to evoke emotion.
