Hiring Management Training - Open Enrollment

Objectives: Learn the fundamentals of building a vacancy, managing the applicant pool, generating a certificate, and hiring an applicant in Hiring Management 4.5.2. Who Should Attend: Any employees building vacancies, managing applicants, generating certificates, running programmed or ad hoc reports, and/or managing the Hiring Management 4.5.2 system should attend this class to learn the basics of the system. PLEASE NOTE: This training is intended for Hiring Management clients only. Description: The first day will be spent going step by step through the process of building a vacancy that is to be posted to USAJobs. On the second day, attendees will be shown how to create a new vacancy by copying an existing vacancy. Attendees will also get a chance to apply to vacancies to acquaint them with the applicant side of the system. On the third day of the class, attendees will learn how to use the Applicant Manager to manage applicants, add tracking items, email applicants, generate a certificate, hire an applicant and mark a vacancy as filled. In addition, the class will cover the admin website in which the question library can be viewed, vacancies can be reviewed prior to being posted on the web, and certificates and applications can be viewed online.
