Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber’s mission is to create economic opportunity and prosperity for all of Hampton Roads.
The Chamber focuses on three key areas:

Public Policy:
The Chamber provides leadership in articulating business viewpoints in the public arena and strives to be the region’s primary source of information about business issues. Through the work of our legislative steering committees, local divisions and administrative staff, the Chamber works on issues which will create and maintain a healthy climate for doing business in Hampton Roads.

Economic Development:
The Chamber strives to improve our local economy by working with the Hampton Roads Economic Development Alliance to attract new business to the area, by helping existing businesses to expand, by working with partners to improve the local workforce, promote amateur sports events and provide leadership training.

Service to Business:
The Chamber offers networking opportunities, educational programs,cost-saving employee benefit programs, marketing tools and other services to fill the needs of our business members and contribute to measurable growth for them.
