Reston Community Players
Reston Community Players (RCP) is committed to excellence in community theatre for Reston, Virginia and metropolitan Washington, D.C.
For more than 40 years, RCP has been an integral part of our growing new town. The success of our theatrical productions (and our longevity!) is an outward sign of our talents and abilities, proving that with a tremendous amount of work, patience, ingenuity, and thousands of hours of commitment, it is possible to make an all-volunteer organization like ours prosper and grow.
Incorporated in 1972 as a non-profit organization, RCP evolved from the Reston Players, a for-profit entity founded in 1966. The Reston Community Players has brought to the public a variety of theatrical experiences over the years, including classics and original plays as well as popular Broadway musicals, dramas, mysteries, and comedies.
