The Suffolk Museum has brought to the citizens of Suffolk a well-rounded group of exhibits, visual art classes, performing artists and almost anything else that can fit into the "art" category. The museum is also home to the Suffolk Art League, founded in 1976, which provides additional programming opportunities for Suffolk citizens.

Families and individuals are always welcome in this facility, and you are as likely to see someone in a three-piece suit as you are to see someone dressed in blue jeans and a tee shirt. The museum offers a full schedule of changing exhibits, including works by local, regional and nationally known artists. Additionally, we offer art classes in a variety of mediums as well as demonstrations, lectures, and a variety of other visual and performing arts opportunities. Most of our exhibits open with a reception that includes food as well as music, and these receptions are always open to the public.
