Stowe Middle School

Stowe Middle School has had a proven middle school model of education that includes grade level teams, interdisciplinary teaching, teacher advisories, and a caring and supportive faculty and staff. Personalized classes provide students the opportunity to build close relationships with other students, faculty and staff.

The school is organized into grade-level teams for grades 6-8. Each team has a math teacher, social studies teacher and science teacher; all teachers teach language arts and reading across the curriculum. Students also have the choice of either French or Spanish. In addition to core classes, students also study living arts, life skills, art, technology education and physical education.

We believe Stowe Middle School is a special place where students are provided with a rigorous academic program in an environment that nurtures and supports young adolescents. Our teachers provide learning opportunities through a variety of instructional strategies that allow our students to excel in many areas. We are proud of our students’ accomplishments and celebrate their successes.
