Mission:

Studio East creates opportunities for young people to discover and explore the performing arts.

Studio East is founded on the belief that the performing arts have value, and that they can make a difference in the lives of our children. We know the magic of live theater excites the magic of a child's imagination. We also know that children who learn and practice the discipline, dedication, and teamwork required by the craft of theater develop skills that will be valuable assets throughout their lives, no matter what career they choose to pursue.

To introduce children to the performing arts and to increase community awareness of the positive impact the performing arts can have on the lives of our children.

To educate children in the performing arts by offering high quality, affordable theater training designed to serve students of all ages and abilities.

To engage as many individuals and families as possible in the creative work of the Studio-either at our Kirkland home or through our outreach programs as students, performers, volunteers and audience members.
