Local's Gym is offering an free, energizing and challenging training session. Tom Corrigan of Blue Collar Fitness has agreed to come down and help us use Russian Kettlebells in this FFW workout. Russian Kettlebells are invaluable for teaching cyclic hip extension, on of the foundations of being truly fit. Come help us kick off our weekly FFW workouts with Tom!
