Syttende Mai or “May 17th” is Norwegian Constitution Day and a big celebration in Ballard.  Here at the Nordic Heritage Museum we are open extra hours from 10am to 5:30pm.  We will have Nordic food and drink for sale in the Nordic Cafe in addition to free hands-on craft activities for kids on each of the three floors of the Museum.  Then join us for the parade that begins at 6pm in downtown Ballard.  Museum admission is free on May 17.
