Amy Goetz Will Discuss Reflexology

Amy Goetz, a National Board Certified Reflexologist, will present “Reflexology 101

The program is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Parking will be available in the Central Library garage for a $5 special event rate.

Goetz will discuss reflexology self-care, education and techniques. Reflexology is based on the beliefs that there are mini-maps of the entire body present on the feet, hands and ears and that by applying pressure to these areas, one can improve his or her overall health.

Goetz teaches reflexology throughout the Pacific Northwest. She lives in West Seattle.
