Author Alice Schroeder will Discuss Her Biography of Warren Buffett

The program is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Parking will be available in the Central Library garage at the regular rate of $9 for 1-2 hours and $13 for 2-3 hours.
Buffett has never written a memoir and he allowed Schroeder access to his files, family and business associates. “The Snowball: Warren Buffett and the Business of Life” offers an intimate portrait of Buffett’s life, values, strategies and experiences.
Schroeder first met Buffett when she published research on Berkshire Hathaway, an insurance company of which Buffett is chairman and CEO. Buffett was so impressed with her knowledge and insight that he offered her the opportunity to write his biography. Schroeder lives in Connecticut.
The program is presented in partnership with the Elliott Bay Book Co. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
