Local urban Indian artists, actors, musicians and dancers will interpret and transform words and music, fusing funk, blues, jazz, rock and soul with theatrical performances, poetry and spoken word. Featuring Little Big Band, Peter Ali, Swil Kanim and presented by Elaine Miles.

Saturday, May 24th, at 7:00 p.m.
Bagley Wright Theatre

Tickets are available for purchase for the discounted price of $10 before the Festival
online, by phone at (206) 443-2222 or in person at 158 Thomas St, 3rd floor or at the Seattle Repertory Theatre Box Office.

Tickets are available for $15 during the Festival at the South Fountain Information Booth until 5 p.m. and at the Seattle Repertory Box Office from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Volunteer TODAY!
It’s Not Too Late to Volunteer for This Year's Festival!

The last day to pre-register for your Folklife Festival volunteer shift is Friday, May 16th. The sooner you sign up, the likelier you will get the volunteer position you want. Click here to sign up today!

You may also register as a walk-in volunteer during the Festival by visiting the friendly staff in volunteer registration at Center House Conference Room "H" from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. Friday-Sunday and 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
