In this class, you will learn about your pregnancy, baby's birth, and techniques to use during labor including relaxation and breathing. Participants will be given a tour of the BirthPlace (OB) unit.

The Fowler Conference Center is located on the second floor above the new main entrance to the hospital. Park in the ramp on the south side of the hospital and enter through the main doors. Take the stairs or elevator to the Mezzanine.

Who Should Attend:   The mother. Attend during your seventh or eighth month, so that you can best retain what you learn.
