It's not just a beautiful place to shop. It's an event.

Plowshare is 100% Fair Trade. Our mission is to, “Make Peace Relevant to the World Around Us”, and we do this in a number of ways. Our gift shop provides a venue for third world artisans and ensures them a fair wage for their work. We are the only “fair trade” gift shop in Waukesha County, and it is a wonderful alternative to malls and department stores. We take our products “on the road” for sales and programs at churches, schools, conferences, fairs or other events as well. We also provide educational opportunities throughout the year that are focused on peace issues. The occasional Friday Forums are a chance for people to listen to speakers on timely issues that our world is facing today.
