Raymond Leveillee, M.D., is a board-certified urologist at Baptist Health and treats a range of urologic conditions including kidney, prostate and renal diseases and cancers of the reproductive and urinary system. He specializes in minimally invasive surgery, endourology (a treatment for urology and kidney stones) and robotic surgery. Dr. Leveillee currently serves as affiliate professor of urology for the Department of Surgery at Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine. He is also the chief of the Bethesda Center for Advanced Robotics and Urologic Care. After earning his medical degree from Brown University, Dr. Leveillee completed his urology residency at Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University and served as chief resident of urology. He then completed his fellowship in endourology and laparoscopy at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He is a distinguished member of many societies including the American Urological Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, the Endourological Society and the Urological North American Board of the Society of Robotic Surgery. His research has been published in the International Journal of Surgery, Journal of Endourology, World Journal of Urology and more. His clinical research focuses on the importance of surgical (including minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery) and non-surgical treatments for conditions impacting the kidneys, adrenal glands, prostate, urinary tract and reproductive organs. With more than 25 years of experience in his field, Dr. Leveillee is dedicated to bringing the most advanced practices in urologic care to his patients.
