“Capture the Night” Photography Workshop with Brent Ander Photography
Due to popular demand, this workshop is now available for three separate nights.
Don’t put your camera away just because the sun has set. With today’s digital cameras, taking photographs at night is easier than ever and a lot of fun.
Come join our Capture the Night Workshop where we examine Astro-Landscape Photography, Night Photography, and Light Painting. This workshop is for the amateur to the professional photographer. If you wish to learn how to successfully capture night images, have the required equipment and understand what the requirements refer to (see Requirements below), then this is the four-hour workshop for you. Depending on the weather, the group will gather near the coast at the Schoodic Institute in Acadia National Park and photograph the Milky Way galactic span over the Atlantic Ocean where we have the darkest skies along the U.S. east coast. We will explore light painting and discuss various techniques for achieving powerful night images.
