Tai Chi groups are for veterans of all ability levels. Tai Chi is a slow-motion martial art which involves the flow of movement and practices to help calm the nervous system while strengthening muscles and improving balance. Patients will learn about the purpose of tai chi, breathing techniques, positioning, and stress reduction.
