Lasting approximately one hour each, the lantern-lighted tours will stroll past historic homes harboring ghostly secrets and spooky tales, then eventually wind through the Indian River Cemetery with ancient burial grounds dating back to the 1600s! Guides will provide historic commentary along the route. Then the darkened graveyard, lit only by a few candles and the crescent moon, will spring to life with some of Clinton’s illustrious, long-dead characters portrayed by actors from the Kidz Konnection's advanced acting troupe, the Shoreline Actors Collective. We’ll visit the 1791 Stanton House and learn about its possible ghostly occupants. Guests will also be able to tour the 1750 Old Brick and sample seasonal refreshments while enjoying the crackling bonfire outside.
