Stretch, Strength, Balance: A moderate to vigorous routine to include 20 minutes of stretching exercises, 20 minutes of strengthening exercises, and 20 minutes of balance exercises.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.. Fall Session 2: October 25 - November 30, 2021;
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to complete forms.
Classes are held in the Ben and Carolyn Benjamin Aquatic Rehabilitation Area. Locker rooms are available. Please arrive with swim wear already on to reduce time in locker room. Water shoes are welcomed but no black soles please. Bring your own towel and water bottle for hydration.
