Exercise for anyone with any form of arthritis.

Focus is to improve flexibility and strength and to help control pain.

Class meets in the 92 degree therapeutic pool.

$37.50 for one class per week, $70 for 2 classes per week, $80 for three classes per week.

Participants can mix and match any community exercise program classes.

Employees and members of the Friends of the South Shore get a discount as follows; $35 for one class per week, $65 for 2 classes per week, $75 for three classes per week.
