New for 2018! Our popular Tai Chi class will occur twice a week at 9:30am at Henry Carter Hull Library. Beginner level guests will meet on Fridays, and intermediate level guests will meet on Wednesdays. This meditation in motion led by instructor Kim Langley teaches the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi which provides improved strength, balance, and relaxation. Chairs are available for seated exercises. Wear comfortable clothing.
