This class meets on Thursdays, each month, to teach simple MELT hand and foot self-treatment techniques.

Learn how easy it is to create change in your body to relieve misalignment, chronic pain and the negative effects of aging.

The class will use the MELT Soft Ball to balance the body, rehydrate the connective tissue system from head to toe, and release tension and stress.

You will need to purchase a MELT MiniKit for this class.

After you register, you will receive a link to where you can buy the $10 kit, which includes a large Soft Ball, Bunion Band and Hand & Foot Card.
