CHI Health St. Francis offers the Survivorship 101 program for cancer survivors. This free 9-week, 12 session holistic rehabilitation program is taught by specially trained nurses and mental health practitioners. This program is designed to help individuals regain their physical, emotional and spiritual health after cancer treatment - in a small, supportive group setting.
