FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Match Market & Bar are celebrating National Bourbon Day in style with a five-course dinner featuring Basil Hayden Bourbon. On Friday, June 14, bourbon enthusiasts are invited to have a seat and sip in this soothing spirit along with an incredibly matched meal.

Menu features:

First Course — Hand-Rolled Cheddar and Bacon Yukon Croquettes with creamy whiskey and chive aioli

Second Course — Classic Wedge Salad with smoked blue cheese dressing and slow-roasted heirloom tomatoes, topped with lardons and blue cheese crumble

Third Course — Lobster Risotto with brown butter fried sage and butternut squash puree, topped with a pan-seared Diver scallop and bourbon glaze finish

Fourth Course — Pan-Seared 8-oz. Filet Mignon accompanied by a rosemary pomme puree and honey-glazed baby carrots, served with a black peppercorn and bourbon reduction

Fifth Course —Poached Peach Crostata with a crème anglaise served á la mode and finished with a plum and bourbon honey

Admission is $99++ per person and includes the five-course meal and pairings, an opportunity for guests to create their own custom bourbon blend as well as a raffle ticket for a chance to win a full-size bottle of Basil Hayden Bourbon to take home.
