Everyone wishes to be happy all the time, but we cannot achieve this goal unless we attain lasting inner peace. In this class, we will learn basic meditation techniques and Buddhist advice that can help us to become happy and peaceful from within. Each class includes two guided meditations and a teaching on a Buddhist topic.

Sarah is a senior student at KMC Philadelphia and teaches General Program classes. Through her joyful and engaging manner, she shares Buddha’s teachings in a kind-hearted and warm way. She was trained as a scientist and works as a strategy consultant.
