This is a gentle form of Yoga that uses chairs for support. As members of the class move through many of the traditional, but modified yoga postures, they should notice increased flexibility, range of movement, and balance. Restorative breathing exercises and relaxation can aid in reducing stress and increasing mental clarity. If you are looking for a good stretching class, this is it! The class is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10-11 am. There is no fee or registration required.
