Chair Yoga Class

Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, strength, balance, and posture. Your instructor, Courtney Berg, RYT-200, will lead you through a series of stretches and yoga postures that can be modified to accommodate limited mobility or difficulty balancing. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
