-Join us for a morning of mindfulness as we explore seated, walking, and movement meditations.
-Mindfulness has been shown to promote a decrease in physical and psychological symptoms and an increased ability to relax.
-Yoga mats and meditation cushions will be available, however you are welcome to bring your own.
-Class is taught by mindfulness expert, Vicki Overfelt. Vicki is a certified MBSR instructor and has taught mindfulness classes in the Salt Lake and Park City area for over 15 years.
