Cooking Class with Chef Raquel

This class is for ages 12+ and students will learn how to make a three course meal. She offers hands-on cooking instruction focusing on the preparation of healthy and gourmet, yet practical and inexpensive meals.

- Butternut Squash Ravioli (with Brown Butter Sage Sauce)
- Berry Compote and Meringue Parfait
