Cooking for One or Two

In this class, participants learn how to adjust cooking skills when they are cooking for one or two. Class topics will include how to plan, freezing meals, simplifying meals, creative ways to use leftovers, altering recipes, keeping food safe and learning to use the MyPlate guidelines for healthy delicious eating.

The registration fee for both sessions is $15.00. Participants must register online by August 12. After participants register through Eventbrite, they will receive an email confirmation containing information about joining the Zoom webinar (they must register through Zoom to attend the workshops). Classes are limited to 50 participants. There are no refunds for the registration fee.
