Join two-time James Beard award winning Chef Guillermo Pernot for his Cuba Cooks: Recipes and Secrets from Cuban Paladares and Their Chefs launch party at Cuba Libre Restaurant and Rum Bar.
Chef Pernot will share with you his inspirations for the book built around his extensive travels to Cuba and the friendships he has built with the culinary community on the island. Expect to enjoy two hours of food based off recipes from the book, mingle with other like minded foodies and a "meet and greet" with Chef Pernot.
