5-6pm - Glow Paint at Paint Party Studios
$15 per canvas kids glow paint lessons; takes 20-30 mins to paint

6pm - Beach Ball Drop between Lucy’s and Alvin’s Island
Beach balls will fall from the sky in Downtown OWA, bringing a chance to win giveaways and specials who are quick enough to grab them. *Limit 1 per person, while supplies last.

7:30-9pm - LED Dancers
LED Dancers roaming throughout Downtown for performances and photo ops.
