We invite patients, caregivers, and survivors to join an hour-long class that promotes rebuilding strength and stamina, regaining mobility and flexibility and reducing fatigue. Physical activity is one of the best methods to prevent and treat physical side effects of cancer treatment, as well as achieve long-term health and wellness goals.Movements in this class will target certain areas of the body including abs, legs, lower back, thighs, and glutes. The focus of these exercises are to boost energy levels, stamina, and bone density without jumping and running, which can put strain on the joints.
