Join us at Henry Carter Hull Library for a free weekly walk-in Gentle Yoga class led by Karen Wexell on Thursday mornings at 10:15am through May 31. Karen’s foundation as a Pranakriya Yoga Instructor, Holistic Nurse, and Stress Management Instructor establishes a safe and supportive environment to discover the benefits of yoga. The intention of this class is to promote flexibility and self-awareness on the mat and throughout your life. The Yoga postures will focus on gentle stretching and strengthening with attention on breath awareness. No class 5/10.
