Gentle Yoga – with instructor Anne Goewey, E-RYT200 who has been practicing asana for 25 years and teaching yoga since 2006 in a variety of venues.
This six-week program is designed to “de-stress” and release tension with gentle yoga moves. This program is designed for all fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water.
