Gentle Yoga Flow Class

This 45-minute joyful flow (vinyasa) is a practice that connects movement to breath in a sequence of yoga poses.

The class is designed to promote a mind-body connection as it develops strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, relaxation and focus. All levels welcome.

Equipment needed: Yoga mat, strap, 2 blocks, blanket, tennis ball or similar size bouncy ball.

If you don’t have equipment available, try swapping these items:

Tennis Ball – Similar sized ball or self-massage on feet

Yoga mat – move to carpet, take off socks

Strap – tie, belt, scarf

Blocks – small cushion, stack of books
