Gentle Yoga for Flexibility

Join us at Henry Carter Hull Library for a free weekly Gentle Yoga class led by Karen Wexell on Thursday mornings at 10:15am through April 19th. Karen’s foundation as a Pranakriya Yoga Instructor, Holistic Nurse, and Stress Management Instructor establishes a safe and supportive environment to discover the benefits of yoga. The intention of this class is to promote flexibility and self-awareness on the mat and throughout your life. The Yoga postures will focus on gentle stretching and strengthening with attention on breath awareness. There is no registration for this free class.
