Roll up your sleeves to make three varieties of perfect risotto!
Risotto — a creamy rice dish that’s internationally popular — hails from the northern Italian region of Lombardy. The once humble dish is now a gourmet favorite. In this hands-on cooking class in the Powisset Kitchen, our own Chef Thi will show you step-by-step how to create three risotto dishes, including Tomato Risotto with Rustic Meatballs, Spring Asparagus and Pesto Risotto, and Sweet Risotto Pudding with Cherry Compote and Toasted Almonds.
