Join us as we quiet the mind and body and take a moment for self-care. This 30 minute session will take you through a guided meditation experience with calming sounds and aromas. Meditation may help reduce stress, anxiety, lower blood pressure, and create a feeling of relaxation.
Led by Kristina Watanabe, National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Kristina is also certified to work with Veterans who have PTSD and other service-related illnesses or injuries.
This is open to all Veterans and is offered at no charge. If you are new to meditation, you are welcome to come and observe as well!
