Hatha Yoga Class

This practice is designed to help strengthen the body, calm the mind and open the heart. The class will incorporate breathing techniques and postures to awaken energy and improve balance. Emphasis is placed on improving core strength and flexibility, as well as concentration. The class is free-flowing and does not follow a specific structure.
