Prior to Joining Est, She Was the Director of Acquisition and Distribution at Starlight Media and Worked on Hollywood Blockbusters Midway, Malignant, and Umma. Before Working at Starlight, She Was at Instrum International and Few Other Worldwide Distributors as the Head of Asia Sales . She Began Her Career at Jilin Television in China. Wei is Now Based in Los Angeles
