The Let Freedom Ring Parade Will Start At 10 Am That Day, Beginning At Sykesville Middle School And Proceeding Down Springfield Avenue And The Length Of Historic Main Street, With Floats And Vehicles Accompanying The Approximately 35 Participants Marching In Units And Organized Groups.
